We believe Business is the greatest influencer of events in our world and as such has the greatest  capacity to transform our world for the better. To do this, Business must at all times be Conscious Business.

Conscious Business is holistic in vision, inclusive in economics and empathetic in action. All these attributes and more are incorporated within the United Nations's Sustainable Development Goals, the only Universally accepted framework within which citizens, businesses, NGOs and governments can collaborate to make our world a better place for all.

We initiate and fund SDG projects and their related research in key SDG sectors including Health, Renewable Energy and Health-Energy related infrastructure retrofitting.

Current SDG focus solutions include Coronavirus eliminating UV-C LED lighting and robots, advanced Telehealth services, quality medical gloves supply from Asia to the US market and advanced direct-Seawater and Waste to Hydrogen conversion solutions.

We also provide consultancy services on the SDGs, assisting organizations to implement or enhance sustainability strategies and improve their humanistic contributions internally with staff and globally with Humanity and Planet Earth.

When SDG projects require research work that will result in development of credible SDG solutions, we will also provide funding for such research activities. For SDG project research and development funding in collaboration with universities, indirect costs are not accepted.

When a PI/PD plans to leave an organization during the course of a grant, the organization has the prerogative to nominate a substitute PI/PD or request that the grant be terminated and closed out.

In those cases where the PI/PD’s original and new organizations agree, SDG Foundation will facilitate a transfer of the grant and the assignment of remaining unobligated funds to the PI/PD’s new organization. This should normally be done with a tripartite agreement (involving SDG Foundation, the PI/PD’s original organization and new organization), or by a subaward arrangement (in certain circumstances) between the PI/PD’s original and new organizations, subject to SDG’s consent.

We are a team of like-minded social entrepreneurs from different backgrounds who want to create significant, transformational impact in our world.

Our collective experience establishes capacity across renewable energy, insurance, government, sustainability, real estate, ethical finance, financial technology, artificial intelligence and machine learning, inclusive economics and gender equality, to name but a few sectors.

If you feel our vision and mission is aligned with your trajectory, and believe you would like to join our team, please contact us at and let's explore partnership, collaboration or employment.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Theo’s MDG experience created an awareness on why the MDGs were not fully met, covering lack of mainstream engagement, silo-based contributions, exclusion of business and industry, and lack of inclusive, sustainable economics and funding.

Theo applies his experience to developing an integrated financial collaboration ecosystem for the SDGs that will accommodate all SDG stakeholders through inclusive economics models and advanced and scalable distributed ledger technologies.
